Our PROCESS


 

STAGE 1. InITIAL CONSULTATION

During your intial consultation with Brian, we will listen to understand your needs, wants, design concepts and budgets.

 

 


 

STAGE 2. PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT

Once we have agreed to move to the next step then a preliminary agreement will be drawn up relevant to your current project status so that

we can engage our team to create the building documentation from concept sketching to working drawings and structural plans

 

 


 

STAGE 3. COST ANALYSIS

Once all required documentation is held and cross checked then we will provide a detailed estimate along with a 3D model render to provide a

sneak prevview of your unique new home

 

 

 


 

STAGE 4. CONTRACTS

HIA building contract and specification documents will then be prepared for signing along with the confirmation of all

final working drawings, engineering and specification selections.

 

 

 

 


 

STAGE 5. CONSTRUCTION

Upon construction commencement you will be introduced to further members of our team, each committed to ensuring your dream home building

experience will be a rewarding and exciting time.  Regular site meetings and discussions with builder will create an agenda whereby we consider

each important detail during the building programme and achieve an outcome that you we can all be proud of for many years to come.

 

 


 

 

STAGE 6. COMPLETION

Site meeting and inspection wiht builder and site manager 10 days prior to official handover to complete a pre final inspection is conducted with our quality assurance checklist as our working document.  Final inspection on handover date with builder and a full tour of the home to ensure that you are

comfortable in operation all of your new gadgets.

 

 


 

 

STAGE 7.  QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CLIENT FOLLOW UP

Quality assurance checklist is completed and signed by the builder with a copy proivded to the homeowner for safekeeping.  Our handover booklet

contains instructions on appliance warranties and detailed information of how to maintain your brand new home.  90 day follow up request from our

office to clarify if we can be of assistance with your new home with any tasks to be managed promptly and efficiently.
